Scan the QR codes on the above flyer to learn more about the GAIN program and obtain application materials. You can also visit our Application Materials page directly and select GAIN CSUMB Undergrad from the top menu to be taken to the application materials.
Download both the Application Form and the Demographics Form and send the completed form(s) to the IBSC directly email at IBSC@UCSC.EDU
Please be sure to include a CSUMB faculty member as a reference for your applications, and indicate which portion of the GAIN program you would like to be considered for: (1) Spring; (2) Summer; or both.
