Come help CIRM Trainees Support Jacob’s Heart!
Jacob’s Heart Children’s Cancer Support Services provides family-centered care that addresses the emotional, practical and financial struggles for families of children and teens during treatment, families experiencing anticipatory grief and those who are bereaved.
The volunteer coordinator at Jacob’s Heart in Watsonville has communicated the desperate need for new or gently used pajama donations.
In support of this need, please join CIRM Predoctoral and Postdoctoral Trainees outside between the Biomedical Sciences Building from 12:00pm – 3:00pm on December 4th – December 8th for a pajama drive and fundraiser!
If you do not have pajamas and wish to donate money, you can scan a QR code to provide a donation directly to Jacob’s Heart. Please note that no cash donations will be allowed as all donations will utilize Jacob’s Heart’s online donation portal to ensure security and provide tracking of your donation. You can also click the link below to be taken to the Jacob’s Heart donation page. The IBSC thanks you in advance for your support!
